Requesting a refund

If we can't resolve a service problem, you can request a refund on WhatsApp. We review each request individually, taking into account how long the plan has been active and the nature of the problem.

What is not covered

• Problems caused by your internet provider, home network, or device hardware
• Fees paid to third-party player app developers
• Access suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions
