These terms apply when you use atlatv.com or buy a AtlaTV plan. By ordering a plan or requesting an IPTV test, you agree to them.
1. The service
AtlaTV provides access to an IPTV streaming service delivered over the internet, along with setup support on WhatsApp. You need your own compatible device, player app, and internet connection. Player apps are made by independent developers and are not part of our service.
2. Plans and payment
- Plans are sold for fixed terms of 1, 2, 3, or 4 years, with prices shown in euros (EUR).
- Payment is made once per term. Plans do not renew automatically.
- Your term begins when we send your access details.
3. IPTV tests
IPTV tests are temporary and are offered at our discretion to help you check compatibility. Test access ends automatically.
4. Acceptable use
- Your access is for personal, non-commercial use in your household.
- Do not share, resell, or publicly broadcast your access details or streams.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
5. Legal compliance and content
You are responsible for using the service in compliance with all applicable laws, including copyright and content licensing rules. Content availability may change over time, and we do not guarantee that any specific channel, event, or program will be available.
6. Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but streaming depends on factors outside our control, such as your internet connection, device, and player app. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
